Pinks in the front and yellow in the rear. I run that with the 54 pistons and 27.5 shock oil all around and the truck is super soft and handles amazing. I race on a med/high bite indoor clay track too. Give it a shot.

Does anyone know if the losi scte rod ends will fit the 22T turnbuckles? I'm tired of popping steering ball cups every other race.

I am sure they will interfere with the wheel.

Which end is popping? The end by the tire or the end on the rack?

Most of the time it's the end by the tire. I've replaced both ball studs and ball cups but the problem keeps happening. Mostly it occurs when when hitting something (my fault) but even the smallest hits cause it to pop off, but a couple of times it has been from going through a rough mid to high speed turn where I don't hit anything.

Thank you for any help you have.

I've also had similar issues popping the ball cups on the front outer steering link. As well as 2 broken steering racks.

Is this a common problem across the 22 & 22T vehicles? Just picked up my 22T and wanted to know if I should get a few spare ball cups and steering racks.

I've got a ton of miles on the buggy, racing 2-3 days a week since it came out, with no broken rack. I've got 15 minutes on the truck and two broken racks.

Ive had my first race with the 22t, first tq first amain win.
However during the first qualifier i also popped the outer ball cup and ironically the shop owner caught a picture of it tenths of a second before it happened. Some one spun out in front of me while i was ina double double so i had no choice but to land with the wheel locked out trying to avoid him.....didnt work btw.

I just had a quick question. I was doing some work on my truck today and realized something when I took the rear shocks off. These trucks have a MASSIVE amount of rear droop that is severely limited by the shocks! Was this a purposeful design element? You can see in the pic and surprisingly enough even at full droop the cvd still seats in the outdrive but barely.

Excesssive droop can make the car instable. If you want some extra rear droop you can try unscrewing the lower eyelet.
