Really? I built mine and a shorty is all I could cram in it. I guess if you dont use the plastic "battery tray"....

How many of you guys recently driven the 22t and a SC for a good comparison? I have recently picked up a Kyosho SC along with my 22 buggy. Back in the day I drove alot of gas truck and mod truck, MF2 and T-4. Wanting to maybe change classes up and either give my son the Kyosho or 22. As much as I have resisted SC as it killed stadium truck racing around here it's starting to be pretty damn fun. Trying to decide to try the 22T or get another 22 for my kid.

Looks like your plastic battery tray is on backwards

I ditched the SC for my 22T. No regrets! The 22T is awesome! Racing trucks is so much better than racing the short course. Getting taken out constantly, pit maneuvered in every other turn, and parachuting bodies are all things I don't miss.

What is the difference between the two motor mount options? I would assume the rear mount provides you with more traction but what do you gain from the mid mount? What is everyone's preference?

Look in the manual, per mid motor instructions... Mine is correct.

yes, rear motor is for added traction but in high bite conditions where traction is high you can go mid motor for more steering.

What do you do with your receiver antenna wire? I been seeing buggy's & trucks with no wires sticking out of the body?

The manual is correct. The way you have it is for if you want to run saddle packs turned sideways. If youre just going to be running a shorty you'll want to run it the other way around to keep the battery from sliding side to side and in place. You didnt do anything wrong though.

What is the fully extended length of the front and rear shocks from eye to eye? Just wondering how they compare to those on the SCTE. Thanks
