Default Stock motors.

IŽll be getting either Trinity Monster or Reedy MVP.
Can someone tell me the main difference between these 2 motors, someone who has tried both.

Plz comment.

Monster is good, MVP is not

this is my personal experience, the MVP's burn up and are loud and slow, however the Monsters are nice and fast and can take a beating and still perform

by the way, order up some EA Monsters if you want to go fast

EA Motorsports Monter Stock motors, go to www.kinetix.com to buy and see more, or you can go to www.rc4less.com, they are nice and fast and take a beating before you have to cut the comm or work on them, I have run 5 mains with one of mine and it doesn't even need a cut yet, the guys name is Eric Anderson go to Electric onroad on the forums and look for the thread on EA Motorsports

Axiom offers a good line of tuned stock motors for a very low price. Some motors even include extra brushes! Check them out at www.axiommotors.com

It depends on the track. IMHO, the Monster has too much RPM and not enough torque for the track I race at. The MVP has the perfect mix of RPM and torque for my track.

If the track had a lot of straight-aways, then I would run the Monster. But on a tight, loamy track, I run the MVP. On a tight, hard-pack track, I run a P2k.

The correct gearing changes any amount of powerband problems with an electric motor.
