ROAR rule question

in the ROAR rulebook it states that "personal transponders must be mounted in a PERMENENT manner". since my transponders do not have mounting holes, do you guys think it would be legal to just use servo tape to hold it down?

Use good quality velcro. I've done this for years, never had a failure, and believe me, as hard and as often as I've hit the boards, it would have happend to me by now (everything else has broken or come off
