I cant say that i have ever set the brake epa for electric but i think it works the same as the sterring epa. Go to the EPA screen and press the trigger forward. I think that should take it to the adjustment. From there you can adjust it up or down i believe. again i am not sure and i dont have my radio handy to try it, but that would make sense to me as how to do it

i run 10.5 in my B4 and I'm geared at 78/26, I think the B44 guys are running a 23 and stock spur

Its the speedo that doing that.... I've noticed over the years that LRP notibly always does that.... I've ran Novak, Venom (Speed Passion) and Tekin and none of those did it. I've used a 3pk for the last few years and my stuff doesnt do that

Can a GTB handle a 50c lipo? It seems like a bit much for a speedo. I've used a 35c before without any problems.

A GTB can handle any C rating battery there is. "C" rating doesn't effect power handling of the speed control. C rating indicates how much power/current the battery is capable of providing. It is up to the motor to draw the power that would over tax the speed control. A speed cannot be over powered within it's voltage rating by the battery but it can be over powered if too powerful a motor is used or the motor is geared very wrong.

For you racers out there I have a few questions regarding the settings on your brushless esc.

My esc has adjustable drag brake that slows the car down by applying brake to the motor when the throttle is at neutral. This sort of simulates the experience of brushed motor. How much drag brake do you racers use?

Second question is do you use a linear or exponential throttle curve? If exponential what direction?

both are personal preferences that each driver will have adjusted differently.

I run little to no drag brake... on a tekin 3-5 on their scale, some people run over 25. I drove a car saturday that had 20 and it just about stops in the corner... I couldnt drive it but thats the way he liked his car.

expo is used to ramp up the throttle response or delay it..... if your car is loose and might be over powered try some negative expo alittle at a time. negative expo can smooth out the power delivery alot

Hi guys I have a new b4 and am having a problem with my shocks.Went to my first race with this car sat. and shocks blew out 8 times.I built the shocks with every trick in the book and I dont know what to do. Im not a noob been racing since 99 and have built ae cars before with out probs. Could it be that shock bodies are not machined properly? The clips in the shocks will not stay locked down allowing orings and spacers to come loose inside the shock. I dont want mulest my new car another brand shocks. What to do
