teambighead,

With the light weight setup are you not running the rear arms shaved with two spacers behind them or whatever it is?

I'm assuming that you are having problems in the rear. I run these both front and rear on the car. If you are still having problems getting it up to the right height you can also flip the shock collar to be upside down, that will also give you a little bit more.

With the light weight setup, the 1.5oz of weight in the rear is not needed... it will actually cause the car to whip if you run it.

Use those spring cups as I mentioned below.

I do not run the arms shimmed forward on the lightweight car, only on my heavy car do I shave the arms forward.

With the lighter car, the weight offset of the motor has more of an effect against the weight of the car. Which is basicly what shimming the arms forward gives.

Actually, pending on the level of grip of your track, you can run your hubs further back if needed.

thanks i am running the rpm cups which i "think" are offset also, but i'll look further into it and order those if not. maybe taking off the 1.5oz weight will help some also.

taking the 1.5 oz off sure will help, more speed on the sweepers....

I am pretty sure that the RPM cups are the same as the B44 off-set cups.
Flipping the collar will help also, you will gain 3/32" or so more of threading capacity.

The 1.5oz also will help bring the car up to the height you are looking for.

Thanks. They also posted the setup from CRCRC on AE's website. The setup is really close to what teambighead posted.

Give it time and try to get use to it first.
Could be a big difference from what you are use to running right now.

also

details like
radio set-up & ESC set-up are very important....

I`v been running lite for a while now and really like it...

Anyone ever tried putting the rear hubs from the GT2 on their T4 and reversing the left and right sides for 0 toe in. Are there any other parts I would need to complete this mod.

Yeah the gt2 hubs wont work, besides they are only 1.5* and it wouldnt get you to 0*. Your best bet is to get the racers edge 1.5's and reverse them.

Questions??

I thought I saw this on here somewhere but can't find it.

What are the factory guys using for the 1/2 degree toe on the rear carrier?
