Are you guys running all plastic? Im wondering if that wouldnt help anything.
with my rb5 i found the 30 deg to be more twitchy less predictable.

anyway we are running plastic chassis, the way they come new now. carbon arms towers and hubs.

I would try the set-up. It's really dialed and works at different tracks with minimal changes.

we also ground down the rear bulkhead flat where the ball stud goes. then add shims if it needs to be raised again. i am flat with one shim.... mad dialed and rotates predictably. Cause dialed just isn't enough.... lol

Thanks mertz !

Im going to see if I like all plastic, it should add grip to the car that already has enough steering.

I think he was running J-Concepts double dees on the rear and pink taper fronts. I have heard that people have run the the same tires as lir with pretty good success.

Nice avatar !!

Anyway yea it was fine, me and mertz were both in the a-main first day there. We had switched to green springs in the rear there as it made the car more stable through the washboard like doubles.

i was running JC DD's and rounders, I think that pink taper fronts were better though. If your tight on cash bkbars worked good.

I bet those new blue compound barcodes would be dialed there if they wet the track alittle more.

Any shock limiters on this set up?

How much weight would you add running Lipo's?

No limiters. I run a 4.5oz plate under the battery with my Lipos. I also run a 1/2oz of weight in the front and 1 1/2 oz in the rear.

Thats too much weight in the front. You should take 1/4 oz out. too much weight makes it push.

That seems like 1oz too much from what I have read, Oh well what ever works for you? I'm not a big fan of adding weight but on this car I am going to try it.

Yea his car drives really good. I don't think my car needs 1/2oz but it needs at least 1/4oz wt. on the front.
