I like hearing about the rear arm mod. I've seen some of the guys do that to the XXX-CR buggy, but at the time, I didn't understand what they were trying to accoplish. Nowadays I get it though. I might try this in future also, just to see what it's like. Thanks for the info guys.

I've always bought the premium JR servos because they are the EXACT same thing as KO ie... I got a JR z-1 transmitter with a KO Propo dropdown extension. The KO helios is the exact same Transmitter. They are Japanese as opposed to Chinese (boo airtronics). I have never had a JR fail... but I only got the z9000t's for my old truggy and z9000s's for my electrics. The (t) designates torque (s) speed. I've never messed with the 8800 etc.

IDK. I've never heard of zero degree hubs. Only stock ones, and I thought they were like 3-4 degrees.

I recently upgraded my FT T4 to RPM front arms set. I love it! I hope RPM makes a rear arms upgrade too! And the rear body mount that keeps on breaking.

recently got a 13.5 setup with a sintered rotor for my B4...

currently at an 18t pinion and what a think is the stock spur with a monster stock motor. Whats a good gearing starting point for the 13.5? I have a 34 and 35t pinion and plan on getting a few bigger ones (37,38). Any help would be appreciated!

For the T4 I run a 25-25 pinion with an 81 spur, using the 13.5ss pro.

I don't have a B4 but most on this thread seem to use 28-30 for a starting gear.

I am wondering when might AE come out with a new 2wd buggy. I have a new FT B4 I just got and have raced twice. But I dont know if I am going to be able to race it anymore this winter. I am kicking around the idea of selling it and the brushless set-up and lipo. If there is no chance they are going to release a new buggy for the next couple years I may keep it and hope next winter I have a better schedule for racing indoors. If there is even the slightest chance they'll release a new one I am going to sell it now while its still worth something.

I have FT B4 with Novak GTB 5.5 brushless combo and SMC 5000mah lipo pack any idea aprox its value?

Wow, is that what you run in the T4? That sounds like B4 gearing to me. The stock spur gear on the T4 is an 87 tooth. The stock spur gear on the B4 is 81.

I am using a 25/78 on my T4 with a 13.5 and I am thinking about going to a 26 or 27 tooth pinion.

with the 13.5 ss pro (sintered rotor) i run 87/24 on the t4, and 81/26 on the b4, runs great.....of course this was pre-lipo

servos...i run 358 in the truck, and a 357 in the buggy.
