Any slicks are spec at our track, but we all run these http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXNPS9&P=ML.

Turn buckles in front are inside on front shocktower & all the way inside on caster block, & the rear is, in on chassi & middle on rear hubs.

& yes i'm running the extra weight.

if your trying to get more low speed steering, trying shortening the camber link (inside/inside on the front)

I would highly suggest 30* castor blocks, they will make the car less twitchy and increase mid-corner steering, we all run them 100* of the time.

Default Mamba Max 5700 on B4

Hi there,

May I know what pinion gear to use with the stock spur gear on the B4 when using the Mamba Max 5700 system? Any recommended settings for the ESC? Any thermal cut issues so far with this brushless system?

Thanks.

In all my cars, I run the Novak GTB and Orion Vortex Motors. For Truck, I am running a 6.5 Orion Vortex, geared 19/87. It is pretty fast.

ill be running novak gtb and novak motors (sintered). this summer i mostly ran 7.5 geared 87/20, but on big tracks i felt almost lost against 6.5s....im looking at 87/18 with the novak 6.5 (sintered) the 7.5 will be dropped into the b4 and have an 81/22 gearing.

Pinion for 19T in a B4 and T4

stock in the t4 i have ran between 18-20 with the 87 spur. (87/18 with co27 on most tracks - but i do have one co27 with gobs of torque that will pull 87/20 in 5 minutes and pull off at 150-ish)

stock in the b4 i have ran between 22-24 with the 81 spur (81/22 with co27 on most tracks)

sorry i don't run 19t anywhere.
