F.Y.I.

Don't buy anything from Hobby Partz.

Everything I have received from them was defective.

Received a RMA number (Return merchandise number).
Send the merchandise back.

Now I'm deputing my payment with the credit card.
They never paid me for the return postage ether.

Save yourself time and money....

well, I understand you're frustrated, but I'm 12 for 12 with them on orders and products. I have 3 blue and 3 gens lipos on the table as we speak, all working perfectly. I've got a leopard 13.5 in the gf's rig, which is as fast as my old D3 (tested and timed, not opinion). I have a couple of the GT-2 radio systems still hanging hanging around, have parted with a few other things. I have NEVER had an issue with them, ever.

Every order has been perfect, every item has worked flawlessly.

Add me to the 100% positive experience pool also... Does any online retailer pay for return shipping?

Your situation is VERY unfortunate but I, like the others, have had only good experiences with HobbyPartz. I'm 2 for 2 now, and hope to be 3 for 3 when I make my next purchase.

I find this hard to believe, especially after you've talked down about them numerous times. I'm calling B.S.

they're one of these shops where if they don't mess up your order.. you'll think they're great

the issue with hobbypartz.com is that they're completely unavailable to get on the phone, they don't answer emails promptly, and when you do get them to answer emails they delay and delay you in hopes that you'll give up and accept their mistakes.

they're cheap, and if they don't mess up your order you're fine.. but if you have to contact them for any reason, you're in for a long wait and a headache

they might as well be in China for the level of service they provide.

I have always spoken to a helpful person whenever I call them. Might help I am in CA and call towards the end of their business day. But have thus far received a gens ace batt as a replacement for one which puffed and caught fire and a blown esc promptly without hassle.

I spend many dollars at Hobby Partz and have never had any issues at all, either on orders or in direct communication, their cust support is good, imo.
