i have over a dozen orders from hobbypartz and never had a problem with anything i have gotten from them. i think the OP never have ordered from them and would be inclined to believe he work for hobbyking or another discount site and wanting to kill there sales

I had one problem (out of about 35 orders) with an order from Amain, I guess I should have flamed them on here! Bummer! I didn't thhink of that!

how'd you get a person on the phone?

I called early, called late, called at lunch

one number from their site just rang and rang and rang and never picked up, and another one went to a VM that didn't even let you leave a message

unless they've upped their staff quite a bit since I had my issue, it was literally impossible to get them on the phone 6-8 weeks ago.

Last week or so just called one of the toll free numbers around 2 pm PST or so was on hold for 10 minutes and then spoke to a guy there. The few other times if I do not need to talk to a live person I just used their live chat feature which also works. Last I used the chat was for sending pics of a fried battery for which he sent me a replacement....

hmm. when I needed to contact them, the live chat was never active or nobody was online

maybe they've improved...
