Pick up a 8ight
Heyyyyy yall, brand new here. Just picked up a Losi 8ight, been looking at cars for a while. I am currently in afghan, lots of rocks/dirt figured would be fun to race around. Heres what I got, paid 1100 for it, I think it is a pretty good deal but maybe you can give me any suggestions or comments to help out since I'm new....
Heres what package included:
Losi 8ight-E 2.0
Tekin RX8/1950 Motor
2 Batteries 4s, 5000mah 35c and 25c
Futaba 4PKS and 2 x r614ff receivers
Hitec hs7995tg sservo
extra set of tires and illuzion body
Turnigy charger with seperate power supply
Car has a 10 degree incline hub upgrade, and a adjustable cnc tow brace, and steering brace. Attached a couple pics.
Any comments or tips would be helpful!

Any tips or suggestions / comments. Either something to change, or pick up before it gets here?

sounds like a great setup! You'll really enjoy it. I love my Losi! I switched to a metal spur gear because I kept eating spurs. I know that occasionally I have to replace the pinions as they get chewed up every 3 months or so, but it's a hell of a lot easier to change the pinions than it is the spur and costs aren't much more either, so I just save the headache. I've had the same spur for about 10 months now and gone through maybe 3 or 4 pinions.

Yea I wish I could post links for pics, she's a real beauty and looks brand new.
I am looking at picking up 2 more 4s 40c batteries, was considering 5s but I'm hearing it's just way to fast to even be a useful car lol.
Can't wait till it gets here, at what level posts can I post some pics?

I believe you can now if you just link them from an image hosting website. I have mine on photobucket 
You just copy the direct link of the photo you want to show up, and then paste it like this:

Sweeet I can host pics, heres a couple images of the buggy. Not sure what else to do besides order a few 4s 40c batteries.
is 1100 for all this and a charger to much, not sure what the going rate for used cars goes for?
