Default Ball Cup Ends or Captured Ends?

Why one over the other?

ball cups for 1/10 work fine for me.
captured ends for 1/8.

x2. Ball cups lighter and faster to replace... captured ends stronger and longer lasting but heavier....

I wish more 1/10 vehicles had captured ends.

I got sick of the ball ends breaking off in the cup, or just popping off on my scrt10. Switched to captured ends never had another problem

Captured must for bashing.
