Aaron you don't need to talk down to me. I did do a search for Kyosho 1/16th buggy with no luck so I posted my thread. You could have very simply posted on my thread that there is already one and add a link. There is no need to act like Hitler.

Not being a Hitler..just hoping that finally bringing attention to the search button will hopefully lead people to start using it.

BTW.."1/16th", "Kyosho", "777", and "buggy" all recognize this thread.

Kyosho's claims to realease it worldwide in April..2005 as per the site. but my sources told me that it would be in the market by March itself.... around 23100 yen is the suggested retails... for this baby. ]

I wonder what size motor it takes and battery type suggested. That would tell me what Brushless I can stuff in it and how many LiPo's it will fit.

Just saw in RC Driver Mag that Tamiya is coming out with a 1/10 4x4 buggy. Looked different, but pretty cool.

Default I drove it!!!

I drove the car last week at my LHS which happens to be Kyosho's exclusive distributor for Greece. You see he had the sample.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

The car's fake cooling head is not intended for motor cooling but for the ESC's cooling

I drove the car on a slippery surface, inside a mall and it has LOTS of power and great handling abilities. It is nothing like you 've ever driven before. Nothing to do with 1/18th scale pop cars.

That middle diff is doing a lot of hard work. I was coming full blast down a hallway and turned sharp at a 90 degree turn. The car went like on rails.

It even has a front tension rod!
Amazing detail an all!!!

First on my wish list !!!

The guys told me that they estimate the price at around $200.

I WANT ONE NOW

Ok ... regarding motor size... it is just a tad bigger than the Mini T's size (I am not familiar with numbers) ... I think it is 380 size...

As far as batteries are concerned I saw a video of the car with 9.6V battery pack.... WHOOOOOSHHH!

Freaking fast... Seems uncontrollable...

So far this is what we know. The buggy is electric, and uses as speed 370 motor with
a gear reduction. U can use six alakine batteries or 8 nicads in saddle pack formation.
The engine head is just a dummy to create realism. It comes no where near the engine
as a cooling device. It is held on by a body clip and it mounted above the speed controllers
heat fins. It cannot be used to cool anything, it is made from plastic. It's release date is sometime
in March with a street price around $250.00. The shocks are friction dampened, the oil filled are
a upgrade from Kyosho. Looks cool, can't wait to have one!!!!
