When I ordered from Elite Rc Brandon,I always gifted him. Am sure we could do the same, and he just sent it at $6

Hmm, gifting and shipping are 2 different things. What service shipped overseas for 6$ and how long did it take?

Yes, they are close to the same size as the originals. They can be sanded back if needed. Probably just depends on the brand of rim you are using. It is better to have it farther away than close though... When I did the drawing for them I did consider making them shorter but ended up going with the original size as it is easy to grind a little off.

Bought the carbon straps from Rc mayor and they look great but I run the smc lipos and it covers part of the hole so it had to be drimmeled just incase you run the smc's you know

When did you get them? A while back or this week? I made the hole larger than the first run. But I have noticed some battery cases have the hole a little further back. Can't win can I? lol. Either way if you don't want to dremel the hole even bigger just pop the front pins and move the straps out of the way. If you run shorty packs there should be no problem at all. Thanks for the feedback.

It is a inboard/bullet and the outside bullet didn't fit I had to drimmel the strap and the balance port is of just a touch also. The outside bullet on both sides was about a 1/4 covered

Ah ya, there is a lot of variance in batteries. I tested about 6 types and they were all good. Good thing about Carbon is just a little sanding and things are fixed.

Yes it wasn't a big deal just wanted to let you know so that way you could check into it or let people know when they order. It's very easy to do though

I read a few pages back that 15-15-10 was the ticket for the v2 diffs... Any other input on that from someone that's tried that yet?

Buying new oils this weekend for AMS 4.0 coming up next week, so just wanna make sure before I go and get something that high.

Gracias dudes!

I would buy 15-12 & 10 but that is what I'm using now and ran great.

BTW, took the ebuggy out for the first time. Ran super great, jumps very level and has tons of power...felt so confident that I will be racing it next weekend.
Using a tekin 1900/rx8

Hi all

I am looking to lose some weight (in the car!) My 811e 2.0 currently weighs in at 3.8kg or 8.4lb

I am currently using
Turnigy 6600
Savox 1268 HV servo
Tekin motor
Viper VTX8
Our weight limit over here is 3.2kg or 7lb so i was thinking about going to the "shorty" pack (turnigy 4200 shorty)

What are your thoughts?

Are you sure yours weighs that much the RTR 811 be shows 7.71lbs in race ready form. The shorties would knock off 195 grams. After that you would probably need to cut most of the plastic items down. Probably cut the tray battery trays down...chicky probably tell you what he did when he ran that configuration. Next probably cut the receiver box and radio tray down. Besides that, you could always switch to a 550 sct 4 pole setup with a 2s saddle pack setup that would cut some serious weight.
