Oh man, one in CF also?! I think I may keep my Slash now. I was considering selling it in the next couple months, now I just may do research and see which of these LCG's is for me.

Look for it in the next RCDriver magazine. Team RCE build and performance test against a stock Slash 4x4

Yes, agreed.
I hear the next batch is supposed to be ready to go out starting next week. It'll be great to start seeing more of these at the track. The quality, handling, durability, are top notch.

Here are a few Videos of a factory Team RCE converted slash showing its thing against sc10's and losis on a high traction carpet track and on a 1/8 scale large outdoor track at RC Madness. Team RCE holds fast lap record on the carpet. The converted slash is NOW THE TRUCK TO BEAT AT RC MADNESS.

Looks like it handles pretty flipping well. What shock setup are you running?

Power strokes for high traction technical and sc10 4x4 shocks for outside.

It looks like it's working really well. That thing did NOT look like it was a Slash 4x4 running around either of those tracks. With that chassis and how you have your shocks tweaked, it looks awesome!

Thank you. It is everything we engineered it to be. Truly dynamic. The 1/8 scale buggy guys are not all that happy with us either . Mark, the driver in the video has been racing since last December. He had a stock 4x4 he raced and rarely won with and one day I offered him the wheel. With NO practice he swept the wins all night and came of the stand hands shacking. He has not given the truck back since hahahah. Were glad to have him as he is a natural.

Man I'm currently selling my Slash 4x4 to focus on my RC8, but this is making me consider pulling it. hahaha. Maybe I'll get some funds together and invest in this later. Definitely something to think about.

Also, there is another LCG for the Slash 4x4, but this one just looks beautiful You folks did a fine job. If you can get some pics up of this monster, I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one who wouldn't mind drooling a little.

That thing looks freaking MEAN!!

Any motor size limits? 550's fit? (looks like one in there) Not that I would run an 8th scale, but I know many do. Any fit-up issues with those?

Thank you for all the answers so far. Good stuff.
