Default SCRT10 basher?

I was offered a jammin scrt10 with some extras on a trade and all I do is bash but will be making a big dirt track in my backyard(4 acres) and was wondering how durable this truck is compared to like a slash 4x4? Is the drivetrain pretty tough?

Thanks,

I think the jammin is very delicate. I broke something every time I raced it the. The slash is much more durable.

although i dont own one i agree to this statement the jammin has a weak front end, its great on track as long as you dont case anything,or hit any pipes/walls

Never owned a Jammin, but my Slash 4x4 breaks every other time I run it so I'm not sure why everyone thinks they're so tough. Maybe if you drop another $100 on all RPM parts after already paying top dollar for an over priced truck.

Just my 2 cents.

I am lost because I have read and heared that the scrt10 is more durable than a slash 4x4 because it is based off of a buggy and some say the slash is more durable but needs drivetrain upgrades.

I bashed the hell out of mine yesterday! The only issue I had was a small rock that got caught in between the chassis and spur gear and tore one side of the spur up.

i have slash 4x4 and a jammin crt.5 which the scrt10 is based off of and the front upper arms are supper weak and so are the c hub in the front. I have eliminated the from up[per arms and replaced it with a turn buckle and i have aluminum c-hubs seems pretty bullet proof now

I'm one of those guys who thinks they're tough. Bashed the hell out of my slash for about two weeks nothing broke yet.

Really? I have raced my SCRT10 for over a year and have broken 2 things in that time. Mine has been bulletproof for me! It should be more than tough enough to bash around!
