I did, I'm gone and surely don't miss all the priceless advice.

What's even worse is, he's on the dang b4.1 thread all the time too.

If you want to escape the greatness of "wc", you'll need to ditch AE all together, or at least RCTECH........

Oooo Yeah Ryan !!!! GOLD CUP @ TRCR !!!!

Think you will have your hands full as the Sc4x4 class is very popular ...

Brought the PINK HI-FLOW in yesterday , no run ..
Kinda knew the turn out may not show .

Still showed up though , as the Sc 4x4 class gets my full support with my all ....

Anyone here consider gluing the ft & back plates together with CA in order to achieve a stiffer chassis ?

racing last night made me miss 4x4 a lot. I was talking to the fast guys at the track. It seems the top 3 all run AE (not sponsored). I forgot to ask if they are running the RCShox diff, I know one of them is like wc, and has not non ae upgrades lol. Anyway, in one of the heats someone else drove one of the fast guys trucks, and he has all over the place, truck was hooking all over and did not seem planted at all. The fast guy took over and it looked like a all new truck. Seems like one of the key elements to the sc10 4x4 is trigger control. The slower guy got on it hard too much and the fast guy was just rolling it most of the time. Anyway, watching their trucks made me miss mine Maybe I will keep it. such a fun class.

Your going to ditch a car because of what someone say's on here?, really? there's all kind's of opinion's on here, take them for what it's worth, I don't agree with everything anyone say's including WC, but allot of what he say's is good advise especially for those new to rc, just my two cents.

I don't know about gluing them, but bracing them would certainly stiffen it up a bit.

BTW- WC, a week or two back I asked about my belt falling off. It was a loose motor plate. Thanks.

glad to be a help

giving the idea a better look today

a stiffer chassis or less twist may be achievable for penny's

jnyrcr

Takes all kinds to make this sport so no one should ever be told they don't belong here .

Can only do my best not to encourage the dweebs, keeping the thread fun & friendly.

I am actually, but to be fair I think Cameron Kellogg mentioned doing this way back in the early days of this thread. Would like to know what exactly he did...
