Default can you identify this car?!?

Hi, Im new to rc cars and im looking to fix up this old junker and make it my own. It was given to me with a box of junk form an old friend moving out and as soon as i saw it I wanted it fixed up! What I really need is someone ot help me identify the kind of car and what you think the best way of getting it running is... Also, it used to be a nitro but im rebuilding it as an electric. All the pictures are up to date except that the tranny is now missing (It was all shredded on the inside) Also, where is a good place to order parts? Thank you all very much!!!!

That kind of looks like a Nitro car. You might want to post that in the Nitro forum, you may get better results. The hole in front of the gearbox looks like it would be for use of a starter box and the things next to the hole look like a motor mount for a nitro car. Good luck and let us know when you find out what it is!
