Tekin Redline Rotors?

I see tekin offers different rotors to tune your motors power. Has anyone tried these ? How do you know what the difference is between the rotors?

I tried a 13mm torque rotor, but really never had enough traction to take advantage of it..In my experience :
larger diameter=more weight=more torque
smaller diameter=less weight=less torque=more rpm
