Video of my SC8E doin 72mph last week...

had the small onroad slicks on it {aka wishbones shaved}, and the low gearing..probably had a bit more MPH in it, i was letting off right as i got by the squad car, way to confined of a space to keep it pinned much longer haha.
Going to try sometime end of week with the new larger diameter tires, and the higher gearing to hit 100
its been 86 so far with taller tires, and 23/46 gearing

I've had multiple cops radar my cars over the years. They get a kick out of it too. It's easy, find one sitting in a parking lot, and walk up and ask. Worst they'll say is no, but after you tell them how fast you expect it to run, their curiosity gets the best of them

That is funny. I don't think it is a waste of tax dollars either.
I once had a cop drive up to my house, lean over the passenge seat and tell me that he had a report of someone speeding on our street....of course in reference to my RC car zipping up and down the street. He was joking of course....
