Default Starter Box Inquiry

Hey gang...I am thinking of getting a new engine, and with that...a starter box. There seems to be a couple different types, as far as I can see...1)with ONE 12V motor and or 2) with TWO 540 or 550 type motors...I was wondering if there's any difference between the two, as far as performance is concerned.I know there are the Ofna, GS,Dynamite, and Serpent boxes available...any others? and which would be most dependable.I am planning mostly on weekly club racing...maybe some back yard playing as well.Any help is appreciated...thanks.Also...what about a P/S engine for the above mentioned driving plans? Is it a good idea to try 'n save some $$$?Ive had no issues with a .12 P/S engine in my 10th Tourer...but Im thinking of getting an 1/8 buggy now.I cant help but wonder about the durability of a P/S in a .21.Thanks again

I have the Ofna box with one 12v motor and love it, I hear sometimes the two 540 motor units can't sping the engines on a new (not yet broken in) .21 engine.
