It's been a month since the last post, that's a real shame.

Here is me from last weekend - Western Australian 2013 state champion with my Hong Nor Nexx-10. Second and 3rd in SCTE 2.0's along with most of the field. Another Nexx-10 in 6th.

My friend made up some thicker sway bars and I was running 2.3mm instead of the stock 2mm. It was a huge improvement and we have 2.5mm to try on the local astro turf track.

I run 4 of them (JAMMIN SCRT-10) ;-)

I love the layout and the handling.

Bashing them is another thing, I need to install new arms often and stock shocks tower are weak.

What upgrades have you done so far ?

Hi MaximeRoy!

I have no update so far. I think first I try the stock car. I'll see how is it.
I'll run SCT 4WD class in Finland from next spring. I have to get many practice and training because I'm just now back into off-road. last year I was drive on-road races (FWD class) but on-road is too boring I miss the ShortCourse actions and jumping and everything of the off-road

I've had mine for about 6 months now, racing it locally and away. Is a very competitive truck! I had issues with flexing at the front near the shock tower etc. Aluminium chassis braces front and rear sorted that issue, also put on the carbon shock towers and top plate. I recommend doing these upgrades straight off the bat!

Bought one of these as a roller a few months back (2nd hand, low use) and have just got it on the track. I can say it is a lot of fun and a very fast & agile little truck.
Running a Hobbywing 3656sd (4000kv), Hobbyking x-car 120a esc & Towerpro mg958 servo. Everything else is stock at the moment - just cutting some laps on the local bmx tracks & learning how to drive

Hey steelfish,
these trucks are lots of fun, i don't see any reason to get rid of mine either!
The review from Aussie RC was just another good reason to buy the Nexx10 - I've almost finished reading the Jammin scrt10 thread on this site, all 680 odd pages...lots of good info there.
Quite historic too, this truck was pounding everything else way back in 2009?!

Bumping up this old thread but I just scored a Nexx Sc off a interstate friend. Has not been used in years but It's complete and in good condition. It does have a damaged front arm that has been repaired (not sure how long it will last tho) It also needs new bumpers. A brief search revealed hardly any part support for this truck. A few bits on ebay but they have expensive post (I'm in Australia). Anyone still stocking parts for it?
