Cool Associated SC8 Problems

Hey guy's I have an issue with my brandnew SC8. I pulled it out of the box setup controller and all I get is about 1/4 power to motor. Called AE they told me possible bad speed controller. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Brushless Rockstar AE sc8. Thanks

did you turn the EPA knob on the transmitter to the full clockwise position?

also, have you tried to reprogram the ESC?

also, what batteries are you running? mah/c rating/cell count?

Yes we reprogrammed it over the phone with AE. I am using Venom LiPo 5000. I did try messing with the knob but it did not make a difference. Thanks for replying so quickly.

If it's the SC8E, should have the castle mamba max pro with 2200 kv motor. How did you get a Reedy system in it? The car goes as fast as a 1/8 scale buggy on 4s right out of the box.

Yah pretty funny I just moved here from Cali and I am looking for an offroad track prefer dirt. I have already been to Portland RC, is there any other tracks around with open practice on the weekdays? Thanks
