http://www.comeseethis.com/gearing/Default.aspx is great for a general idea.

The site claims a 7:1 overall ratio. I like to run a higher ratio in my stuff than what the site claims.

You may have to change your gearing to track conditions/size.

yes timing advance esc is a havoc pro sc

When running advance, boost, whatnot you definitely want to add to your ratio.

IE bigger spur/smaller pinion.

2-3 teeth less on the pinion is a good start.
