Default Best electric monster truck?

Is the HPI Savage Flux HP the best electric monster truck for overall fun, bashing, e.t.c? Or is there another one I should know about before I invest in this bad boy? Also, would it be better to save a little more and get a Baja (truck)? I know there have been posts about this before but they are kind of old.

I've been doing a lot of research to answer the same question, and replace my aging E-Maxx. I have narrowed my search to either a Savage Flux or a Losi LST2 XXL with a brushless conversion. For overall speed, durability, bashability, and replacement parts, I think we can't go wrong with either of these trucks.

Savage flux is great. It is built like a tank, and seems like a great monster truck.

Thanks for all the responses, thats kind of what I was thinking too. Which leads me to my second question, does anyone have one for sell? I Would also hope to get a nice charger and batteries with it (at least 2s)...

there are several for sale in the trade/sale forum. you can also put a thread in the 'looking for' forum.
