in the article they altered the rear wing so there is not as much downforce, but that was a problem they had!

yes i got it thanks !


so i see there using 6s lipo , 24 pinion , 44t spur 2650kv motor , good foam tires and voila 100mph ... hum nice !

aaaahhh, no. yeah, plus a ladder and a really really flat and large surface to run on! they said the hardest thing was getting traction and having enough range to get up to speed. even with 100mph they felt like there was more left in the car!

129 mph with a 4.5" tire and 3.31 diff ratio. That sounds like a giant disaster waiting to happen!!!!!! Better slam that thing to the ground and put some heavy oil in the shocks, lol. Good luck man, I'll be waitn for he video!!

heavy oil indeed ! but what grade ?

im puthing in 60mm 98GF springs from Hotbodies , that should be preaty stiff

as for the rest .. still undesided on what motor to slap in there ... so many choice's ... omg im lost .. need help !

i use the CC 2650kv on 6S, its ballistic! all you have to do is gear the hell out of it. also, notice what they did to the rear spoiler in the article. they removed the rear swept portion to decrease rear down force, other wise you will wheelie at about 85mph.

i think near the beginning of this thread, someone mentioned that their fastest run was done with their front wheels in the air!! i think that mod will take care of that. also give you more steering.
