I am looking for a good setup for the 808e.

Try silver springs and 1.1 pistons all around with 40 weight in the front and 35 in the rear. Give that a start.

What about the diffs, shock placement, etc

Middle Upper holes and for diffs like 5,7,2. Try that LMK if you like it.
