Default How much does your SC truck weigh?

I was just wondering how much the different brands of 2WD shourt course trucks weigh ready to race. Front and rear weights are optional. Thanks

Nick

I have a FT SC10

with a NiMH battery and the heavy ass proline beadlock wheels, mine came in at 5.8 lbs.

I have since gone back to one piece plastic wheels and switched to lipos. Just swapped both tonight so I'll weight it later.

Listing which car it is, is also helpful. This is 2wd SC's we're talking about right? I think we all know the 4wd are just tanks.

I dropped almost a whole pound

FT SC10

Proline 12mm Hex conversion
Proline ProTrac Renegade wheels
Proline tires with Blue foam
stock body
Sidewinder SCT combo
Turnigy 5000 mah 2s LiPo
Spektrum digital servo
old Spektrum SR3000 reciever
RPM arms
RPM front bumper

I added 3oz in front of rear shock tower.

Iweighed it 3 times and came up with the same exact thing.

5.00 lbs

the wheels alone were 1/4lb. thats the size of a hamburger

I think the lipo dropped like 130 grams off the NiMH

4lbs 14oz. So basically if I remove the extra weight it would be 4lbs 12oz. Just for a reference minimum weight by Roar for 2wd sc is 4lbs 10oz.
