With my Losi XXXT- CR finally dead I looked for a cheap replacement. So I bought a HSP 1/10 th electric buggy, just to kill time. They have upt their game with a sealed spurgear, alu uprights and excellent parts backup. Having my doubts about my purchase I took it out for some bashing and was pleasantly surprised, nothing broken or stripped. Suppose I am one of the lucky ones, since everyone on the net seems to have problems with theirs.
It might be a cheap, unkrown brand but for me it was worth the ( little )money.

The Losi buggy you will be able to find parts for it. Although the HSP is a cheap buggy to run parts availability might be an issue. Not sure if your LHS carries replacements parts for it.

The Chinese hit South Africa with force, my lhs stocked enough spares to supply the Chinese with spares, and every Tom, Dick and Harry owns a HSP of some sort. My Losi will be revived as soon as the spares which are on backorder arrive. It might take a while though, but the HSP will keep me occupied in the mean time. Cheap thrills !
