Actually, now that I think about it I ordered on Wednesday.

Keep in mind, like most of us small hobby business guys, Bill probably makes parts in small batches or to order, has a day job and family to deal with, etc.

Like I said in an earlier post, I'm near the front end of the Sportsman drivers, not the best, but certainly can hold my own. People don't realize how fast the top level pros really are. Being lapped 2 or 3 times by a sportsman, sure you probably lower your hat brim so nobody knows it's you lol But being lapped 2 or 3 times by those guys, nothing to be ashamed of. Looks like he ran pretty well for a Sportsman type driver if you take away his few laps that he must have been on his lid. Ostensibly missing from Pro4 are the AE heavy hitters, I wonder why that is... Do we really need to wait for worlds to see that the Losi is dominant over the AE?

Here's the list of sign ups and their heats, so the AE big hitters like Cav ARE there, just for some reason don't seem to be driving Expert Pro 4...Hmmm

Default Viper VTX10R vs VTX10?

What's the difference between the Viper VTX10R and VTX10?

Thanks!

Yea that's the nice thing about living in LA, you have access to all those nice tracks packed with Pro's. But I can see how it can get frustrating after each week, but in turn makes you fast. Cool thing about Rage's deal, he gets paid to be there, playing on track with the pro's is just part of the added bonus. Two months ago if I told him he would be on the driver stand against Frank Root and Ryan Lutz he would have laughed and said I'm crazy. Funny how shit works...

Thanks!
VTX10 only handles 540 motors down to a 6.5 Turn.
VTX10R has no motor limit and handles 550 motors to 3S.

rofl, I called the other day to find out why I never received my gears that I was told I would receive when I first called. I was told he cant be certain what happened before but he did renote to send them when they are available, which is still some undetermined point in the future.

For ESC, I think it's pretty clear that the RX8 is the way to go. For motors, Ballistic 550 or SC4X 550, or those unsensored motors that everyone loves 1410 or Tenshock, until the 4 pole sensored Tekin comes out.

For the Tekin SC4x go with the 5.5T. Less heat issues than the 4.5T.

I thought the 5.5 was also better than the 4.5...

I even ran the 5.5 on 3S (felt like the 1410).
