SP We have eliminated the Center plastic piece entirely.
This will allow you to mount complete center/motor closer to chassis
for better C/G . and a lot less mess,Here is a pic of center.

Just a question for ya, are you guys going to be fixing the area that a few people have had to shave off a little by the front arms? I've read a few people have had to do that. I really like how your chassis looks though and bet it's strong as could be.

Someone asked this a few days ago and Ryan answered back that it is old stock.

Hi , I just want to say SCTE is a great car ! WE love it here in Stockholm!

I like to say thanks to Ryan and the team !

Keep up the good work

our clubforum with videos and fotos is at ***.vrcsk.se

***.vrcsk.se/Default.aspx?TabId=242&ModuleID=1013&ThreadID=1393 &ForumID=40&GroupID=11&ForumModule=ForumPosts#1253 2

I race here in Stockholm, Sweden and at the last club race me and my brother finished 1 and 2 with me at the top and TQ

last race my brother were at the top and we finished 2 at a 3 our team-race with NO problem with the car only a spoiled battery that made us came in 2....

I have only changed the diff pins to chrispins and run with a Novak550 4,5.

The track is very dusty so I use original tires in front and Proline M3 Bowfighter in rear.

I use to race a jammin but with that car you need to change parts all the time. my brother had also a jammin and did not like to loose 10feet every lap so after testing my LOSI SCTE he also did a switch to SCTE and he is now very pleased with the car.

Cheers / Jan

For my Ten-t conversion I just ordered this part: http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...Losi-Top-Brace

But I can tell you that it doesn't fit directly in the Ten-t chassis, the piece needs to be modified as the cut outs aren't the same as the SCTE chassis.

Hi Scott I think you might be referring to the pin holder area
We have not received any fitment questions regarding this.
what we have found are some of the really warn parts can
get a burr on the under side of them, and the guys will need
to remove that from their holders, as you can see from the Pics
we have used a brand new SCTE for fitment, and all of the parts
go together very well. Some of the comments We have been seeing,
actually like the fact they prefer the precession fit vs sloppy
Also Thank you for your Nice words regarding our products.
Hopefully You will be able to get to run one soon.

Hi Mr BCE. (sorry, don't know your real name)

I do want to apologize for not going to you first with the issues I had with the BCE SCTE chassis I received. Really not fair to go straight to the Internet with it. I also want to point out to everyone else that I did say in that first post that I was sure the issues were just a first run glitch of some sort. By all means my post shouldn't be viewed as a normal occurrence from BCE. They have a solid reputation because they have earned it with solid products and service. Had I gone to them with my issue I'm sure they would have corrected the situation with no questions asked.

NITROALM, can you take a look at one thing on the chassis regarding the fitment of the hinge pin holders? The Losi optional aluminum hinge pin holders are what I had trouble with fitting onto the chassis and they seem to have a slightly tighter fit than the stock steel/plastic parts. I did check for any burrs on my pin holders and still did need to take a file to the edge of the chassis to get them over. According to my calipers when I was trying to figure out what was going on, the chassis i had measured a few thousands wider than the inside of the pin holders. Not much but enough to not allow it to go on. If you have looked at the aluminum pin holders already then I wonder if it possible there is some variation inthe pin holders that make some tight and others just right.

BTW. Really enjoying the chassis now and the the elimination of the all the "extra" plastic junk under the center dif is a huge plus IMO. Thanks.

Got a unexpected package from Horizon Hobby today , THREE new sets of diff gears/pins shims etc. ! I had filled out the online form asking for new cross pins but didn't request new gears as mine were not bad . So awesome knowing I have the spares in my box in case I have a breakage in one of the diffs .

THANK YOU ! HH and Ryan D for all your hard work

Default Diff Screws

I searched this thread already, and didn't find anything pertaining to a problem with the screws that hold the diff together. Me and my buddy have both had to drill and tap out at least half of the screws because they strip so easily, and we both use quality tools. They call for a 1/16 hex, but the stockers have play in them. I don't know why they were put in so tight that you wind up stripping them. I ordered a bag of 25 screws (2.5 x 10mm .45 pitch) from McMaster Carr, and they rock. They use a 1.5 drive, and have absolutely no play. I have had no problems since. I thought it was enough of a problem to post, and something to consider putting on the first page post for newcomers to the thread.
