The Tenshock will obliterate the 1415 in all regards, as will the smaller 1410.

If you are happy and doing well with it, then by all means keep it, and stay heavy. Like I said, that settup works good for slower drivers. Many of us, however, don't have that luxury if we want to compete as our driving ability is all very very close so settup and your vehicle becomes paramount

You really have to gear the 1415 to about a 23 tooth pinion for it have similar rip as a 4.5. That is only possible if you are running a Elite Mount. All around, the 1410 is the better choice imho.

I'll deal with a little extra kiting every once in awhile to be faster everywhere else on the track all the time

Have there been any updates on when/if a nice 7075 milled chassis might be available for this car? I know a bunch of pages back that there was some hinting about it from the losi guys, but I'm wondering if there has been anything more firm on it now. I'm really looking forward to this. I have a chassis that keeps bending in the middle and I keep bending it back over my knee. I don't want to buy another stocker if there is something better right around the corner.

BTW... before everyone jumps on me for having a bent chassis its my own fault. I took everything off of the car that didn't need to be there to lighten it up. Without the mud guards and the battery try bolted to the chassis it becomes quite a bit more flexible and thats why it bent. The battery tray I think actually adds quite a bit of reinforcement to the chassis in the middle between the front and rear chassis braces.

I run a 20T too. I feel like it creates more heat on 2s with a 20t. 20t on 3s is fast but feels like it is not gonna kill the battery like it does on 2s.

When shipments come in, as I've explained a few times, its a first come first served basis, no special treatment. So, whoever placed the orders first, get the first products.

I can attest to this as well.
Hacker and casper can you guys show us some photos of your chassis?

It very well might have a sweet spot that is small...20t or nothing.
LOL!!! my bad I feel you on that. I guess I'm biased because I stopped running my cheap turnigy 2s batteries a week after I got my truck. I threw the 3s in there and haven't looked back.

If I ever have a Kiting issue, I'll duct tape a can of soda to my truck to get me back to stock weight. Maybe you should take a few extra cans for the AE drivers at the pit since they'll be kiting all over the place and be uncompetitive

A great choice for slower drivers, drivers with heavy fingers, or drivers that like the losi in it's heavy and lethargic handling stock form as it's a motor that won't get you in trouble via explosive power output and wheelspin.

I hear it's a beast on 3s, but thats irrelevant to my needs

and yes, I ran a 20t pinion
