This has been addressed many times and we had parts air freighted in. They are at UPS in CA right now and we should get them today or tomorrow.

This sounds good to me as I own (2) SCTE's I'm running AE SC10 gear diff
pins so I'm in no hurry for the pins.

Are you going to have diff out drive cups that are harder to replace these
soft ones we have in the first run trucks??

and are you going to have Gold & Silver springs in this parts order??

Thanks
Chuck

PS: I love this truck, even with it's few short comings...

I think of The droop setting as a "body roll stop".

Less droop helps in preventing traction rolls and adds stability on flat surfaces. It also quickens rotation. Think about doing the slalom course in an suv vs a sports car.

More droop adds traction to the outside wheels when cornering, but decreases stability on flat surfaces as it increases body roll. More droop also helps when landing from jumps and in rough sections of the track.

Like any tuning aid, it has to be used in conjunction with springs, ride height, etc, to get the suspension working in harmony.

That was the case in my car. Center diff wobbled significantly more than front or rear diff out of the box. Guessing this might also be the cause of why my center diff pins were more worn out than my front or rear diff pins.

Your correct except for one thing. If a track gets really blown out you still
want less droop so you can skip across the holes without fliping over or
catching ruts. Less droop is good for both smooth high traction & blown
out tracks...

Droop is something you must be testing at all times on different tracks in
different conditions so you know where you need to be come main time
when you can not test.

Different droop setings will work different for every driving style...Test,
test and more test every chance you get...

I highly recommend for people to read the Hudy Suspension Book for RC. It will def give you a good feeling for how the suspension on RC works , what tweaks change what and what to expect from it.

As for the arms, curious as to where they are breaking? One of my LHS has them on the shelf if I need em

LOL, anyone crazy enough to pay that might as well buy a new truck for spares. I have bought an extra truck just for spares. Apparently I should part it out on ebay.

You can chalk me up as another owner with a un-used truck with the bent rear drive shaft. Its bent for sure with signficant run out not just a wobble in the drive cup. You can clearly see a high and low spot when you spin it. I too attempted to bend it back and improved it slightly but it seemed to not hold its straightness and was bowed again from just sitting the following day. Seems like its under pressure from either end and it bows in the middle. I hoping with some break in time it will be better if thats the cause.

I already have Chris' pins and the outdrives still wobble much more than they have in my other cars.

LOL I usually do the same... I have two of almost every part for the truck, I thought about doing the eBay thing but would feel like a prick charging 60 bones for arms lol.
