I had the same thing happen. It didn't snap completely off but was cracking on both sides.

Maybe You feel they are better but 99% of guys will admit the Nano's Feel Just as Punchy and have Just as much run time as their Expensive 100$ packs. So why spend more if you don't have to.

Yeah probably going with the Kingshead chassis.

I ran it hard last night, and probably forgot to check my screws after every run. But dont remember those screws wobbling out. Putting it back together with original chassis and the screws arent stripped but wont tighten fully either.

Right now just a little peeved at not only Losi but the guy I bought it from used.

If they won't tighten fully they are stripped.

BTW Ryan, I have been running the "new and improved" diff gears and they are still like butter after 30 packs. Thanks.
Glad to hear the diff gears are still butter. I was hoping the other part moved along a bit faster but I have no T2 samples yet, so sad. I will get them shortly though.

I am sorry this happened to you. I can assure you that if the proper screws were in the front bulkhead and neither those nor the top two screws in the upper brace are not stripped, this would not happen. Saying "Go team losi" though like we did this, is a little extreme. If I were anyone else, I wouldnt say this, but please PM me your name and address info since it doesnt appear you already contacted customer service and came in here instead, and I will see what I can do.

Hey Ryan, how do we know when our springs aren't working up to their full potential? Any tell tale signs?

Thanks

I bought this truck used. So I have no idea the condition of the chassis when I bought it. I said "Go Team Losi" because when I talked to a few guys with the Tuned TLR Chassis they had the same problem. It wasnt driver error, it was a problem with the chassis.

There was a guy driving next to me and we both looked back on my driving and couldnt see one spot where, even if the screws were coming loose, that I drove badly enough for the chassis to crack.

I still love my SCTE, but will probably go with a different manufactorer for my chassis.

Now to wait for parts

Awesome, post them up once you get them dyed! Thanks for letting us know they seem nice and stiff also. Once you have a race day on them, be sure to comment back and let us know what you think of them. Thanks!

Good to know! I wasn't aware that they had a new wheel that fixed the rubbing issue.

I think its hilarious that people act surprised that things on these trucks break. Im surprised mine has held together as well as it has. Its a 6 pound hunk of plastic and aluminum being flown thru the air without wings, every landing is a crash landing, things are going to break.

Here the man who developed the truck and parts is offering to help you, let him.

I've become used to it and have seen no extra wear on my outdrives. Just wondering if it's really worth the $30. Is it a necesity or a luxury?
I have one and it definitely eliminates the outdrive wobble. I'd say it's worth the cost but that is JMHO.
