alright getting ready to get electronics for my truck. been out so long I see that JR doesnt have a surface radio anymore, too bad my JRX3 was awesome, but then again that was before 2.4 ghz. anyway I have heard there are sometimes glitch issues useing different system parts. I am planning on getting an airtronics mx4 but thinking about either a spectrum or savox servo. has anyone had issues woth these???

why is it that all the nano batteries have the bullet plugs and not direct wired...i hate these bullet plugs and would rather not run this type of battery but if they are decent batteries i might have to start thinking about switching

Several of the fast guys at our track run the 6600mAh 65C Nanotechs. I can't wait to try mine.

I am going to be running a tekin rx8 and pro4 4600 or sc4x 4.5/5.5 i have looked and dont really see any other servo's with the specs of the savox 1256 orspectrum with same exact stats, which now has me thinking. exact same states, same servo?? any other servo suggestions?

Yeah i only have one nanotec 65C and i wish i had bought more. Good luck to you guys and the race to get them in your cart first when they are in stock again. These things sell out almost instantly. I've been using the regular turnigy 40C in my practice runs and the nanotec 65C for races. The 40C's do get a little hot after a run with my tenshock 401 4600Kv motor.

I run ae1015 in all my trucks. I've never had a problem.

Ryan,
I am running your setup from 2/29/12. It is working well even on an outdoor track. Do you run your shocks emulsion style? I know you run a R10 from Orion whereas I run a RX8 but what current limit do you run?
One more thing, I recently had a bearing fail in the rear diff housing right before the main of a big race. How often do you replace bearings to prevent this from costing you a race? Better yet, how do you check them?

He runs emulsion shocks.
He actually has a RX8 in his truck right now and runs the same as I do with 80% limiter. That is as high as I would go with the limiter. If you are on looser dirt and looking to take away some wheel spin you could go down to around 60%

thanks for the info. time to do more research

ok, what about these if the nanos are always out of stock....65c rating but only 5300mah but if you have a few batteries i dont think 5300mah is terrible??
