Had my first night racing in 10+ years with my SCTE last night. Qualified 5th even though I cased a jump after losing 4wd, set screw on front driveshaft fell out. Managed to screw up the chassis pretty badly. Put the front end back together and got it running for the main hoping the chassis would hold together. Made it through 4 min, was running in 4th, and while trying to lap a back marker got touched and clipped the wall ending my night and the chassis future on the track. Now trying to decide between a Bump, BCE, and Losi flex tuned...

yup, its a HW as its a combo! I'll try the timing off also...But after that if i dont get the blinking lights i will stick to the 14t so i have alittle top end for our big track since it has big jumps and 1 long straight on it.

We are gonna hit the track tomorrow so i could go to bed now(6:40pm here) just so tomorrow would come faster, LMAO

when you put the 15T in and got the blinking lights, what do the blinking lights signify?

I had 2 rear body mounts pull away from the 4 mounting screws at the shock tower while racing today. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was your fix?

Default NUTS?

HEY JOE,
I GOT TO LOOKING AT MINE. WOULD LONGER SCREWS WORK IF YOU DRILL THE MOUNT OUT THE REST OF THE WAY, AND USE A WASHER WITH A NUT ON EACH SCREW? MINE WAS BRAND NEW BEFORE TODAY, BUT HEARING YOUR ISSUE MAKES ME WANT TO USE LONGER SCREWS AND NUTS JUST IN CASE.

You can't go wrong with any of the 3. I run the Bump and like it but I can drive my sons truck just as fast with the stock chassis.

I have the bce and it is great. Pretty stiff chassis and i like it that way. I've also heard the kingheads chassis is pretty good as well.
