Has anyone tried the M2C rear adjustable hinge pin kits? I have to buy the entire TLR Adjustable Rear Adjustable kit anyways, just to get the rear plate.

Are there any other hinge pins out there that work, or are there ones I can cut to length?

Does anyone know how long the Ti-Coated Ones are? (TLR6080)
Get some drill blanks and cut them 1mm longer. The hige pin is approx 3.4mm. I posted weeksa ago about which #drill blank it was but have sincethrown away the package...

Do you know what the over-all length needs to be?

Stock is approx 58mm, so go 59mm in length.

The only instructions the TLR tuning kit comes with are the ones for the inserts for the adjustable pivots. You can look at the ones for the 8ight as they are the same.

These should be in stock in about 2 weeks time here. They are 1mm longer than stock. We made them this way for some of the extreme angles that those blocks make.

Just got an update on these. They are in the air and on the water. This means we should have them late this week or early next and then right back out the doors.

Just a question, why do you run timing in a 4 pole high kv? Was there any drastic temps changes with that much timing? When I had the 1410 timing added 15+ degrease of heat so ever since ive never used it. I'm currently using profile 5 as well

I think most that put timing say on the 4600 pro4 are also running with a limiter near 75%

Timing and current limit are two very different things. Current limit can take away spikes at startup and smooth things out some and let the motor run a little cooler. Adding timing will give more top end but tend to make the motor run a little hotter.

Whichs is what I was dealing with the 1410. The viper is still a 4 pole like the castle. So to clarify this, is it a "good" thing or not to time a sensor less 4 motor that is pass 4000kv?
