Is there a chance some of the batches got the correct Pins? I have zero issues with mine so far, and i run on a Dusty Loose track.

Just got off the phone with Horizon Hobbies and I spoke with Nathan who did an excellent job and was very friendly/apologetic and he put my name down for a new set of diff gears/pins because that is how they are sold . Hopefully they arrive soon and are hardened like they are supposed too be .

Yes, many of them did get the correct pins.

Those can easily still be run, but certainly the replacement pins will be more hard.

If you can run your fingernail across the pin and it snags, they are not hardened enough. There should be no groove, polishing yes but no wear in the pins at all.

That's what mine look like after a couple packs of hard running on the street.

Those pins are fine. As you can see they will wear after some time. You can run those for a while.
Most having the problems are FAR worse than yours.

Are the current trucks being sent with harden pins? I plan on picking mine up tonight at the LHS (they just got them in on tuesdy?).

Thanks,
Rocky K.

There has only been one shipment of trucks and most of them have the correct pins in them. We no longer have any in the warehouse.
