1. what lipos peeps are running and the"C" ractings.
2 Any one know of some good lower cost options?
Hobbypartz and hobbyking are both running low on stock hobbyking has stuff but its in china which might be my best option if I have to.
1) I have been using with pretty good success Turnigy Nanotech 6000mah 65C packs

2) either the 6000 mah or the 6600mah packs are the best bang-for-the-buck packs I have seen so far!

Perhaps you should invest in some clamping hexes and some good serrated nuts, oh yeah and keep your wheels tight. Perhaps...

Like I said, I bought the truck used, threw the TLR kit on it and race the hell out of it with 1 broken part not counting the stock body....
I agree, I was really surprised when I read MrJuarez's previous posts regarding his broken parts. I also bought a used roller from here on rctech and have only had a busted arm and broken bumper.

I just order a couple of those for my truck. Only problem is they say it could take up to 45 days for me to get them....

Broke one at MotoRama but chalk that up to the cold. Still refused to put on my aluminum ones on and just replaced it with another stock hub.

You must have never owned a 1/10th scale Kyosho, those hubs are made out of glass!

Mr juarez is like Chuck Norris he has to drive a Losi he glares at it parts break.. I once heard he looked at an sc10 4x4 and it actually turned into dust... lol actually I believe he runs must of the time on a pretty big and rough track probably explains some of the broken parts.. Besides the rear bumper and diff bs.. only thing I've broke was a front a-arm at the screw hole I've had a few screws back out here and there but that's it pretty durable truck.. ohh and bent stock chassis that's it

Jared I have posted pics before of my shattered axles, front drivelines. I have the axle pins slighting out, the pins broken other other stuff. I can gladly post pics again if you want proff. Im not here to wine about it nor did I call horizon for replacement as I know things happens. I was just stating those parts wear out faster And it would be wise to get extra sets or upgrade for durability where it counts, if someone was in a budget.

Carry on!!

Wow!! Last time I ordered 9 of them i paid for the fastest shipping and it took 27 days. I don't recall if it was ups or not but it was a pretty penny for the extra shipping.
