It's a Tekin SCX4 4.5 motor. I traded for the truck and it had the ESC on it already so I'm not sure. How can I tell wich one it is?

Another +1 on carbon and TLR tuning kit, and since you gotta wrench anyways, might as well buy a better chassis...you will eventually upgrade. This hobby is a disease!

Can somebody please post a picture of how the shocks are installed with the shock stand offs that are included in the TLR kit. I recently built some extra shocks with the new HA shock bodies. Looking at my old shocks installed on the OEM towers it looks like there is a spacer?

Thanks for your help

the new standoffs, just go into the tower, and a locknut on the back side.. thats it.. then mount your shocks like you normally would..

i like them cuz all you gotta do is take the nut off the back.. to move the shock location..

if you bent your shock tower.. i highly suggest getting the TLR kit.. for 130 bux.. you get soooooo much stuff.. well over 200 dollars worth of stuff for that kit..

then, you dont gotta worry bout the truck..

Default wheels?

What wheels are people having the best luck with. Are these DE wheels (below) any good? I have tried the JConcepts and had them crack on me.

DE Racing Trinidad SC Wheels

Default any tire recommends for a tight clay track?

What's the best tire these days for a tight indoor clay track.. I just ordered a set of JConcepts Pressure Points in green compound,, I'm betting these will be pretty nice.. but looking for any other recommends. May snag another set for the box if I start running at this track more often.

Just to note I ran a full set of stock sc10 tires and managed the track pretty well but it was a little pushey in the turns, I ran a couple laps between heats with a set of aka SS gridirons and they were really bad on this track.

Thx
