I have one on B/O since black friday. Any info anyone?
I asked about these on their Facebook page right before Christmas and they said they were in production and should be at retailers by the 2nd week in January...I decided I didn't want to wait any longer and grabbed my RX8/Tenshock setup and I'm glad now because January is almost over and there's still no sign of the Copperheads.

Just to clear things up. I believe bill cleared up all the misunderstanding about bce chassis. Everyone is happy.

I am always seeing you guys talk the BCE chassis up. Without having to go back and read a few hundred pages can someone tell me the benefits to this chassis over stock? Also, is there any other brace or anything I need to get with it? Thanks for the info.

If the plastic ends are not all the way screwed in next to the alum rod they tend to break easier. I have broken one end since I started testing the rod. A little thread lock to keep things in place works well.

What it comes down to for this truck is any of the lightened upgrade chassis out there work well and are better than the heavy stock chassis. Also, the aftermarket chassis gets rid of the center plastic piece that the center diff is mounted to which makes the CG a little lower and also the driveline angles a little less severe.

On this truck, I have the Bump chassis, and have only tried the bump chassis. It has the option for different chassis braces (stock, Bump chassis brace, RC8 brace, etc.) It also comes with the shorter diff screws required for mounting the center diff without the center plastic piece. It is a nice improvement over the stock in that it just plain handles better and is more responsive.

I've heard similar things about the bce chassis, SNR chassis, and TLR chassis. I have tried chassis from all these brands on my other cars, and I've always like the upgrade.

I just hooked up my MMP & 4600 last week.
It works fine, there's a slight chance you might have to change the motor direction in the ESC. I had to with mine and now it works great. Wired A-A, B-B & C-C

Hook it up and go thru programming the radio/esc and see what direction it's running.

Does the BCE chassis come with the shorter screws? What chassis brace do you use with the BCE?

Has anybody compared the Bump to the BCE? If so what kind of differences?

If you are running non-sensored you can do this, but if you are running sensored you have to go into the software and set it to spin the other way.

Yes it does.

Just use the stock plastic braces. The chassis is stiff enough without upgrading the braces.

I think 99% of the guys that have used the BCE chassis haven't had any reason to look at another.
