Turn your current limiter down to like 80% also from my experiance if you are on a large outdoor track it just aint gonna happen. Tried all last summer to make more then 8min and it just would not happen. Lucky for me Mains were 7min

5000mah just wont do it for 10 mins.. lipo cutoff wont allow it.. i run 8 mins on outdoor with 5600 and after the main.. i gotta put just over 4k back in the battery.. running hard the whole time..

i ran a 10 min main this weekend.. same battery.. made 10 mins.. but died before i could make a half lap to my pit area.. also.. for the last 2 or so minutes i was half throttlling.. no more triple.. cuz 2nd place dumped out right at 8.

Nano Tech 6.6's should get you there with room to spare. They are on BO though. The 6.0 Nanos should do it too and they are in stock but only in the international warehouse.

I run my pro4 with a 13T pinion and it runs between 140-150 all day long. I run ty's setup for ESC settings. (10 advance timing)

Even a 6.0 might be pushing it depending on track size, and to make 10min you will need to control that throttle finger too.

Just moved and going to start racing at crcrc. Was wondering what a good starting point setup would be for the truck? Thanks

Whats your track like? On the huge 1/8th I run on we are wot on 95% of the track. I just raced indoors on a small tight track and had about 12 min of practice on the same pack that I could not make 8min on outside.

Got to run my truck today for the first time since changing the diff grease out for 3-3-2 and wow I'm able to carry so much more speed in the corners now...I also laid my front shocks down so that may be helping too.

Find out tomorrow at racing if I've dropped my lap times or not...hopefully!

I the same setup on a indoor small track, timing at minimum and was rolling off the track in the high 170's. I had to drop to a 12t to get the temps down.

For the last couple of weeks I've been searching for more off power steering. I've went as far as removing the front sway bar and that helped alot, but I could use more. I'm running 5,5,2 with the shocks in the stock config with stock oil.

Both Tracks I run on are 1/8 Scale hard packed!!! Very Smooth Groove!!! The main classes @ my track is E-Scale... The indoor track is huge! Similar to track in NJ! Im in Westren Pa! Don't have many indoor choices here!!! The nicest track is in Sarver, Pa
