What is the buySAFE Lowest Price Guarantee?

If within 30 days of the date you purchase a product guaranteed by buySAFE, you see the exact same product advertised on the same buySAFE merchant's website at a lower published retail price, buySAFE will refund you the difference. It's that simple! Please check the eligibility rules and conditions below before making a claim.
Note: Items purchased through a bundling arrangement, specific promotion, or coupon are not eligible for the Lowest Price Guarantee.
To get paid for the published retail price difference, send your buySAFE guarantee number, your order confirmation email and a proof of the lower price advertised on the website, and buySAFE will send you a check for the price difference (See more details for claim process below). Some terms and conditions apply, see below.

I don't think this is a retail store price match scheme, they're probably gonna shoot ya down That is a real bummer hope it works out for you!

I'm pissed off I just bought a tekin rx8 and pro4 3300kv...Sent an e-mail to stormer. I literally just bought this setup 2 days ago. I hope something can be done because I went with them to order instead of tower. If not that will be my last purchase from stormer, regardless of prices.

The ESC is basically a MMpro and the motor is a 4 pole 2800kv 550 motor and is a monster.
Decided ARR, as I have no problems buying the RX8 / Pro4 if that's going to be the better combo.

My only concern is I mostly have 3S batteries and my understanding is that the motor wouldn't be happy with that. Is there a way to gear for that at all? I'm still confused by the whole kv ratings on motors, my understanding is you want to gear a vehicle for motor temperature and in the end you just end up basically gearing the vehicle to the same sort of specifications and top end due to the motor. What is the difference between the kv systems that being the case?

If you are mostly going to run 3s get the 3300kv motor. That's what it is designed for. You can also run it on 2s with a large pinion (18-20)

Can you tell me what going stiffer lube in the diffs and center will do? I felt there was a lot of front traction, the truck felt edgy........

Thanks

So I was bored last night and finally got around to taking off all the wires on my truck and upgrading them with the Dean's Wet Noodle Copper wires 12awg. Going to take the truck out today and see if i notice a difference, I think im going to as i took about about 8in. of totoal wire.

Only issue's I had is these are 1600+ strains and they didnt fit the Rx8's bullet tabs like I want. I tryed everything to make them fit like I wanted but i layed them down on top of the posts and there solid.

Im just hoping for the cheapest easiest fix possible for yah lol
Worth a check though!!
Thanks I'll check that out today. I did have a hard time routing the wire from the ESC to the Radio Box as it just barely long enough to reach. I probably need to get one that's a tad longer...With my luck though that's probably not it lol.

thicker fluids in the front and center will make the truck more stable and give it more 4wd effect.
