Mine look quite a bit worn down and I recently dropped the $95 for the tool to replace them.. Might as well use it!
what is this pin tool you speak of?

Just to be sure if my motor is hot and esc 20-30* cooler I am under geared. Running the mmp/3800 geared at 12/40. It originally had a 15t pinion but it would get hot so maybe a 13 or 14t pinion. This is running on my track non stop the whole pack which is not long. I have not timed it yet but maybe 12-14 minutes.

I run the same exact setup, Im running a 16t and it temps at 145-155 and esc 128. I ran a 13t and it temped lower on both. I would gear up with a 13-14t pinion and call it a day.

I'm also running the castle fan on my 3800kv, Idk how much of a difference it makes

Ok, I will try that. I have no fans as the esc fan broke and I never had one for the motor but from testing it on my sc10 4x4, the esc dropped from 165-170*F to 150*F so they do make a difference. Nothing against using fans but I believe if your gearing/setup is right a fan is not needed. Also because anything I try to do to protect them they just end up breaking. One fan did last me over 4 months and that was because I did a direct connect so it stayed on the whole time. Thanks

Another option for Team decals, we had this company make ours and they used some pics we sent for their website.

I'm looking for front/rear CV driveshaft sleeves. I know I have seen a few options out there but can't seem to locate the pages. Any help finding them would be appreciated.

Anyone tried the m2c tapered pistons yet? Went from my regular setup of #3f/27.5 #5r/30 to them last night with 27.5f 25r and really liked them. Truck seemed to go thru the rough stuff better, but did seem a little lazier overall. Our track is mostly smooth and high bite so I think they would work well on rougher tracks. Still need to do some more tuning but overall I was impressed.

I don't believe any price point or release date has been set but there is one in the works, I believe in order of release it will be the copperhead system, then a 1/8th scale specific esc, then after that the sensored sct setups. I'm not affilliated with viper so I'm just repeating what I have heard from pretty good sources ...

I'm pushing a lot in very tight - 180* - corners. Feels like push is coming on or off power. I have 5000 in the rear diff. Could this be too heavy?

I bought this a long time ago and for the cheap price it isn't a bad item for an agitator because that is all it is.
I would not call this an ultrasonic cleaner, that is a different apparatus all together.
For guys looking for a real ultrasonic cleaner, I suggest going to HarborFreight, I own the model with a timer and it works great!
