Now the VX4R's are 540L, same diameter as the 540's just longer than a normal 540 and a 5mm shaft. No sensor unit means longer stator and longer rotor magnet = more power than a 540 4 pole.

I would compare the Copperhead to the SC8/MMP group. However it's all aluminum and has a beefy feeling like the VTX's. So it doesn't feel cheap, even if the price says otherwise.
Salad...how are the temps on the 3900kv it is it comparable to the 1410?

It will be nice to quit using my GTB lol , I am surprised it hasn't toasted yet. How long of a run time would you think it will be possible with a 5000mah battery with this combo. I would like to try run longer mains once ina while

I don't think you need to worry, it is going to be thoroughly tested

Hottest temps I have seen on the motor in my SCTe was 150 (to LVC) and 125 on the ESC geared the same. Got to the point I quit checking temps on the ESC.

Here is a video of the 3900kv system in action. Brian U was driving, I was filming (I don't drive that good).

Yup, this is my first product release with Viper so it better be good, or it could be my last. I hand picked the test group.

Has anyone turned their TEN-SCTE into a 810? I see that the SCTE has 14mm hexes while the 810 has 17mm. Are the 17mm compatible and an easy swap? Any help would be much appreciated.

I am turing one into a ten-T-E. You need different axles as the ones on the SCTE are different from what I understand. I bought a kit but sold it to get the RTR and hopefully that will save me money (plus the RTR is suposed to have the pin and diff upgrades that my kit didnt have)

The one thing that concerns em with my conversion is that the scte has an 1 longer wheel base. Hope the ten-T body will fit right

You will need the 810 chassis for the body to fit properly.
