Default sc10 4x4 wheels compatible with scte?

Looking into picking a SCTE, but I have a lot of new mounted tires for my sc10 4x4 - anyone know for sure if they are 100% compatible (offset?).

Ryan, what shims do you recommend for this purpose? I see there's a kit for the 8ight, but i bet they're different size.

It's the same with dirt, without holes in the tires the dirt that got in can't get out and cause heavy bouncing in the end.

if you wash tires religiously like I do, vent the tires. two holes with a leather punch should suffice.

Chassis droop screws
Keep an eye on your chassis where your droop screws hit the stops. The small screws will chew down the chassis over time and cause premature wear. You can prevent this by installing 4-40 x 4mm Droop Screws (part#LOSA6253) I highly recommend you use a tap set on the screws. If you screw up the holes it's impossible to fix. USE THE TAP!!! http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...rodID=LOSA6253

This is on the front page of this thread first post. When doing this mod are we talking about making new holes for the droop screws? My stock locations are already oversized and the 4-40 droop screws I bought wont fit. Am I missing something here?

these are really just basic RC questions, and not to be a dick, but don't really belong in the SCTE thread. But you want some sort of tire venting to prevent ballooning, aid in traction, etc..
