That CC motor is only 2400kv. Your 4.5 is 4800kv.

Do the HB shocks work better than stock? Do you get full travel. Had a set in my box and thought about using them, but the stock shocks seem to do the job.

just an FYI although the manual recommends a 16t for a 4.5 I would recommend starting with a 14t pinion on a 4.5 I ran a 15 on the big track and it was geared perfect in my opinion. different batteries, motor brands etc can change this but its better to safe than sorry.
