On the MMP/Novak 4.5 550 setup, I normally run a 14t. If the track is small, I'll go to a 13t.

That's what she said!!
I'm so sorry but I just couldn't resist.

EDIT: I just figured out what TWSS means, now I look like a moron for all future generations to make fun of.

I mount my mini transponder on top of the center diff plate with zip ties through the mounting ear holes works great.

my AMB is Velcroed right to the top of the center diff.

Not my hate but if you read the whole thread there are some very heated discussion where some highly respected members of this forum strongly suggest never to buy one. There are also many instances of people bashing them for whatever reason, mostly because they don't like glitch busters or external BEC's.
Of course I also remember some pretty heated arguments about the suitability of the Castle 3800 in this truck, they all eventually settled down
Most of the controversy happened before the diff pin issue so I imagine a lot of folks missed out on the sparks.
Either way it's just an observation of some of the stuff I've seen others write in this thread. I don't use sensored motors because I'm too poor so the MMP is not for me

Well I would question your "respected" definition. The MMP is a great 1/10 esc.
And not sure I understand your "sensored" remark. I use a 3800 and MMP, it does run "non-sensored" motors just fine. The 3800 is a non-sensored motor if you didn't know.
