I bought some aluminum shock caps from amain, and no bleeder holes, and the 1 pair my local shop has no holes also. Anyone know if amain will let me trade them in if they are unopened?

Note: I don't see any issues with the 3mm shaft on the 1410. You can buy OFNA 3mm Mod1 pinions in the teeth you want (14-16) and not require an adapter. However, if you had a motor that needed more teeth (IE: the castle 1415) that that can be an issue, since the 3mm pinions seem to stop at around the 17 tooth mark.

Goehm - the 3mm shaft isn't an issue at all. You can buy a sleeve that converts the 3mm to 5mm so that it'll fit standard mod 1 pinions

Just kidding - but yea - if you have 5mm pinions lying around you want to use you can use the adapter. I (and others) don't care for adapters, so was just trying to point out that you can get all the gear ratios you need in the 1410's range without an adapter.

KYO92051 Kyosho 2x11mm Pin (10) these are the other pins I got they are a hair longer but figured out after looking at the drive shafts I be safer getting the 11mm long ones and shave them down a lil if I gotta.
